177" Max ingoing length
10 HP Arbor motor driving 20-1/2" dia. blade with 30 mm bore at 2,900 RPM.
Precision, Servo controlled pusher bar motor, 196 FPM max., travels full length of board, reading crayon marks for cut to length, optimization & defecting marks.
Pusher arm automatically positions itself after measuring the board and precisely feeds the board into the saw with positioning accuracy of +/- 0.004".
Waste gate for discharge of waste items from saw cuts.
Saw uses (2) pneumatically operated side hold-over rolls before-and-after the saw blade.
Computer controlled hold-down shoe ensures stock is securely held in position during cut; hold-down, hold-over devices, and precision Servo controlled pusher arm provide square, accurate, and high-quality cuts - even on large cross-sections.
Programmable controls for cutlists, optimizing for yield and defecting capability.
Out feed sortline with 2 HP motor driving a 10" wide x 25' long belt with (3) pneumatically controlled mechanical ejectors (one missing); encoder permits accurate sorts according to width, length or grade.
End of belt can also be used in an additional sort for long fixed length parts, finger joint blocks, or long waste.
